New to this year’s event is Frank Bridwell, also known as Woody, of Woody Brand Knives. Woody’s blade smithing family story of four generations dates back to 1888 with Augustus Bridwell starting a prominent blade smithing shop on the banks of the Enoree River in rural Greenville County, South Carolina. Woody’s father used to say “a good knife is worth a day’s pay” utilizing the principles inspired by his forefathers of craftsmanship, fit, finish, form, and function.
You will have the opportunity to meet Woody and see his handmade knives at the 24th Annual Open House. These knives are something you would be proud to carry and treasure for a lifetime. You will not want to miss the chance to bid on some of these knives at the Benefit Fundraiser.
