Our safari area is located north of the Faro River, encompassing approximately 100,000 Hecta Acres. The terrain is made up of mountains and plains, with several rivers crossing the area. Reaching camp from Garoua takes less than 3 hours drive by 4x4 Toyota Land Cruisers. The camp is simple but clean, with each guest chalet having private toilet, sink, shower with hot and cold running water, and generated electricity. Meals are prepared fresh daily and special dietary requests can be met. Bottled water, soft drinks, beer and wine as well as daily laundry service are provided.
Each hunter is accompanied by one professional hunter, a team of trackers and porters. Spot and stalk and tracking are the preferred and practiced methods of hunting. Based on current airline schedules, Garoua is the preferred point of arrival and departure. To meet current airline schedules our safaris are scheduled for 14 days. This includes your arrival and departure days, allowing at least 12 full hunting days.
