Situated in the center of Northern Mexico's agricultural region is the town of San Fernando. This is a small community that just happens to be in the middle of the greatest concentration of White-winged Doves in Northern Mexico.

You've probably heard of the immense population of White-winged Doves that descend on this part of the country during Mexico's liberal hunting season. Well, it's all true. The hunting is fabulous, the scenery is tremendous, the hospitality unequalled and the adventure will last forever in your mind.

Private vans with bilingual drivers escort you to the fields for morning and afternoon hunts. We offer guided hunts on private fields located on the nearby ranches.

Our headquarters in the legendary Paso Real Lodge offers superb accommodations to a maximum of 20 hunters per trip. By keeping this a relatively small operation, we specialize in individual attention to all our guests. Our experience has shown that larger groups tend to detract from the atmosphere and camaraderie of what just might be the hunt of your lifetime.

You'll find all the amenities you've come to expect of a private hunting lodge. Air-conditioned, private rooms, plenty of hot and cold running water, a separate dining room and open bar, and of course a beautifully landscaped swimming pool for a cool, refreshing dip before or after your hunt.

Dine on extravagant meals prepared by our exclusive chef. Meals include fresh seafood from the nearby Gulf of Mexico, wild game including freshly harvested Doves (prepared several ways), and of course, mesquite-grilled top-choice steaks. Enjoy the flavor of local Mexican cuisine (not too spicy) for breakfast and dinner if you prefer.

For those that request, we will offer exclusive dining in the field over open mesquite fires. Needless to say, we will over indulge you in the culinary cuisine. And as always, a fully stocked bar to quench your thirst, along with an assortment of fine wines to accompany any meal.

Weekend Package

Thursday-Sunday: 4 days/3 nights with 6 hunts Arrive at the Harlingen, Texas airport by 10:00 AM and you'll be hunting by 2:30 PM Hunt Sunday morning and leave back home after lunch. We suggest you fly out after 2 PM $2,195 Per Person/Subject to Change

Weekday Package

Sunday-Thursday: 4 days/4 nights with 6 hunts Arrive Sunday at the Harlingen, Texas airport by 3:00 PM. Arrive at the lodge in time for cocktails and dinner Leave Thursday morning after breakfast $2,195 Per Person/Subject to Change

Both Packages Include:

• Gun rental (camp guns are 12 and 20-gauge semi-automatic Berettas).
• All meals and appetizers at the lodge.
• Open bar  (including nationals and international drinks.)
• Soft drinks and beer in the field.
• Professional/bilingual guides on all hunts.
• Transportation to and from the fields in private vans.
• Transportation to and from Valley International Airport in Harlingen, Texas.
• Game cleaning and packaging for return to the States.
• Lodging.

Not Included in the price of hunt:

• Hunting license fee of $180.
• If you want to bring your own guns, there's an additional charge of $120 for a maximum of two guns.
• Air transportation to and from Valley International Airport in Harlingen, TX.
• Shells for dove loads $13. (Price on 410-gauge and 28-gauge are subject to change.
• House hold tips, guide tips, and bird boy tips.
